VoiceThread

Do you use ANGEL?  Do you have classroom discussions?  Have you been instructed to create your on-ground class online?  If you answered yes to any of the above questions then you need to know about VoiceThread.  VoiceThread integrates well within your ANGEL course shell and allows for more media rich interactions.  For additional information view our webpage about VoiceThread! engage your students to learn more with VoiceThread.  Gone are the days of
simple discussion forums; today is the day to add visual elements to the
discussion!

The presenter will:

• Demonstrate how to set up VoiceThread within your ANGEL shell
• Explain how VoiceThread works and the many options available to the students
• Explore the many opportunities available for your students

This workshop will be taking place on the Bullhead City Campus in room 504.

There are two sessions available:

Session 1: 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Session 2: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

SMART Notebook Workshop

The SMART Notebook software has a lot of great options and fun interactive tools to help you create interesting presentations for your lectures.  Once loaded and ready, you will not have to use a mouse or clicker to keep your students engaged and the discussion active.  Come by and let me show you some quick and easy tools to implement into your next SMART Notebook presentation.

The presenter will:

• Explain how to customize SMART Notebook for ease of use
• Demonstrate how to incorporate SMART Notebook features into interactive presentations
• Explore the various uses of the tools found in the software
